When the Avtovaz automobile factory, a heirloom from the Soviet era, established in Tolyatti, had to interrupt production due to supply problems, it turned to toy cars. According to the news of the Carsweek.ru portal, the factory started the production of electric toy cars called “Nivushka”, designed on the basis of Lada Niva.
The carrying capacity of the toy cars designed by Yevgeni Lobanov was announced as 35 kg. This means that children aged 4 to 8 can use Nivushkas.
The car, which can speed up to 6 kilometers per hour, has two gears, forward and reverse.
The selling price of the toy was determined as 33 thousand 600 rubles. ($550)
