Background
BYD brand It was created in the mid-90s as a supplier to the cellular telephone industry. As a manufacturer of batteries, BYD Auto was created in 2003 and they began to manufacture vehicles of all kinds: cars, buses, delivery vehicles and even bicycles, all with purely electric propulsion.

In Mexico, we are beginning to see BYD-brand vehicles circulating on the streets with transportation vehicles for the Uber application labeled with Vemo company signs, and there are also some large-format BYD delivery vehicles with electric propulsion circulating, as well as forklifts.
