Supercars like the Ferrari 812 Superfast may seem quiet and calm while parked in the garage, but when they break their chains, they show how powerful they can be. Today’s news features a front-mid-engined supercar that comes out on the highway to show its skills.
This beauty with an atmospheric V12 produces 800 horsepower and does so with a 6.5-liter engine. It is worth noting that it also has a Novitec exhaust, so it is not exactly stock when it hits the roads.
As you can see in the video below, the Ferrari 812 Superfast put on a show on the unlimited section of the German highway. Its powerful V12 revved up to 8,000 while the car briefly reached a speed of 351 km/h. The seven-speed, dual-clutch automatic transmission made such fast gear changes that it was truly impressive to watch. In these times of electrification, we will be somewhat saddened not to hear the sound of a V12 in the future.
As we approach the end of our news, we would like to mention that Ferrari has also released a convertible derivative of the 812 GTS with performance-based versions such as the Competizione and the 830 bhp Competizione A. Until we meet again in the next race, farewell!
