Dominoes in Formula 1. Once the first piece has moved, they have not stopped. And it is that until four teams have announced changes regarding their team managers between this Monday and this Tuesday: Ferrari, Alfa Romeo, McLaren and Williams.
The first team to move token was williams. The British team made it official that Jost Capito ceased to be team leaderwhere it arrived in the year 2020. For the moment, still there is no substitute named.

But this Tuesday the rest of the chain movements have taken place. First, Alfa Romeo made the departure of Frederic Vasseur official as team leader of the Italian team. Half an hour later, it was Ferrari the one that made the arrival of Vasseur official to the ‘Scuderia’, replacing Mattia Binottowho resigned two weeks ago.

Then it was turn for McLaren. He advertised to Andrea Stella as new team boss of Woking. The Italian coincided with Fernando Alonso in his time with Ferrari and is the author of one of the most iconic phrases that an engineer has said to a pilot.
When to alonso he missed the 2010 World Cup in Abu Dhabi for not being able to overtake Vitaly Petrov, Stella told the Spaniard: “Use the best of your talent, we know how great it is“.

Right after this announcement of McLarenit was alfa romeo who moved tab and announced the arrival of Andreas Seidlwho left his position in the British team to become Alfa Romeo manager. he will be the key man in the transition from Alfa Romeo and Sauber to Audi in the next years.
Andreas Seidl joins the Sauber Group as Chief Executive Officer, starting in Jan 2023.
He will be tasked with continuing the growth of the group as Sauber keeps establishing itself as one of the brightest sporting, industrial entities around.
