It seems that the first steps that have been taken for next year’s bike are not very encouraging either. Márquez complained, although the factory has promised him a practically new motorcycle for the next tests and for the start of the championship.
In a publicity act held this Wednesday, he spoke about the objectives: “The obligation is to fight for the World Cup and I’m on it. In January, to work all together to reach my maximum. In preseason, we will see…”.
“You always demand the maximum from your team and your brand. The Valencia test was not as expected. I was in Japan and there were many meetings, the intention is there. In February they will bring things in the tests. I trust Honda, my team, above all, it’s wonderful”, details the eight-time motorcycling champion.
He has noticed that “there is speed”but he is not satisfied with it: “My peace of mind is that when I came back from the injury, I saw that the speed is there, but speed is not enough for me, I want to win. The more the machine helps you, the easier it will be”.
On the grid, the young pilots have finally hit the table: “Young pilots come and you have to reinvent. It is one thing to be politically correct, but on the track everyone wants to win and there is only room for one. You have to look for life to win.”
Marquez is always demanding. With myself and with the team. For this reason, it is expected that in 2023 the two parties will be competitive and will once again be at the top of the MotoGP grid.
