As we leave behind this busy week, we bid farewell to you, our dear fans, with the BMW M4 CSL and Alfa Romeo Giulia GTA endurance race. This race, which you can see at the bottom of our news, comes from the carwow channel on YouTube.
Without wasting time, we move on to the technical details. The BMW M4 CSL seen here produces 550 horsepower and 640 Nm of torque, and achieves this with its twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter straight-six engine. The resulting power is transmitted to the rear wheels via an 8- speed automatic transmission.
Alfa Romeo Giulia GTA joins the race with a 2.9-liter twin-turbo V6 producing 540 horsepower and 600 Nm of torque. Although there is an obvious power difference, we have to point out that the Giulia GTA is considerably lighter than the M4 CSL.
So much so that the M4 CSL comes with a weight of 1,625 kilograms, which is 100 kilograms lighter than the standard M4. Giulia GTA weighs 1,540 kilograms.
