The electric car model of the year has been announced. Within the scope of the Electric and Hybrid Driving Week in Turkey, the awards were given to their owners.
Electric and Hybrid Driving Week The third of the events, which have been organized regularly since 2019, took place between 10 September and 11 September 2022 this year.
The event was held in partnership with Electric Hybrid Cars magazine and Turkish Electric and Hybrid Vehicles Association. Within the scope of these events, the motto of the week was as follows: “Hearing is not enough, you have to try.” During these events, users also gain knowledge in many areas such as electric vehicles, hybrid systems, charging and battery technologies. The main purpose of these events is to popularize environmentally friendly and emission-free vehicles throughout the country.
Electric Car of the Year Award The result of the public voting was shared on the opening day of the event. The vehicle models that made it to the finals for the electric car of the year award were as follows: Mercedes-Benz EQE. Skywell ET5. Subaru Solterra Tesla Model 3. BMW i4. Let’s EV6. Volvo XC40 Recharge. As a result of the public voting, the winner was announced. According to the result of the voting, the winner of the award was Skywell ET5.
