Fernando Alonso said goodbye to his two-year stage in Alpine in the worst possible way: with another abandonment this season. The Asturian was going to try to say goodbye finishing as high as possible to try to overcome Esteban Ocon in the World Cup, but his car failed him again.
A water leak was the cause of the abandonment. Car ’14’ withdrew again and Alonso did not hesitate to show his disappointment after the test in Abu Dhabi.
